This morning, when I finally got my coffee, I muttered, "Oh, blessed coffee!" (a not uncommon occurrence). And then the hamsters in my brain started treading in their wheels, and this happened.
Psalm C8H10N4O2
Caffeine is my shepherd. I shall not want.
It maketh my brain to function without fractures: It leadeth me not to kill sons and daughters
It restoreth my soul: It leadeth me in the paths of anti-stress and cureth my headache.
Yea, though they baulk, my brain cells rally 'gainst the borough of death, I will fear no decaf: for thou art with me; thy beans and thy brace, they comfort me.
Thou sits so bless'd on the table before me in the service of mind at ease: thou clearest my head of voile; my cup runneth empty.
Surely refills aplenty shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of Caffeina for ever.
Amen.
